I called but no one answered

Please leave a voice mail email us at info@freshhairstudioct.com and we will get back to you within 24 business hours. We do not interrupt our guests time in the salon to answer phone calls but we do look forward to connecting when we are free!

I am not feeling well, should I cancel

Always reach out to us if you are not feeling well. We will do our best to get you rescheduled ASAP when you are feeling better! We will require a reschedule for any guest that shows up feeling under the weather for the health and safety of everyone in the salon. From time to time, we may require temperature checks and guests are always welcome to wear a mask if they choose.

Where do I park

Parking is currently available either on street, please refer to parking duration signage or directly behind our building, on the left side, in front of any of the garage spaces and around the semi circle. Please beware that our driveway is a one lane, two direction drive so please drive slowly.

Should I wash my hair before my service

It is always appreciated that hair be washed within 24 hours of arrival at the salon so that it is clean and dry. If the hair is excessively dirty, it may require additional shampooing which will take away from service time and incur and additional fee.

Can I request highlight techniques

All guests are welcome to request a technique during our consultation but the final decision will be up the the stylist, as they are the professional that will be creating your final look. Some guests may not have a full understand of the technique name vs final outcome, this is why it is important to trust us on the path we take.

Please help, something is not working

Fresh stands behind all work provided to all guests. If something is not working for you, simply get in touch with us within 10 days so we can see how to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. As a policy, we will always offer adjustments, not refunds.
